Potato Fry
Ingredients:
- Potato - 1/4 kg
- Oil - 1 ladle
- Mustard seeds - pinch
- Split Black gram - 1 spoon
- Garlic - 10 pods
- Onion - 2
- Chilly powder - 1 spoon
- Coriander powder - 1 spoon
- Turmeric powder - pinch
- Curry leaves
- Salt (as per your wish)
Procedure:
- Peel off the Potatoes, clean it and cut into small pieces ( as small dice).
- Heat Oil in a non-stick pan and add Mustard seeds (allow it to splutter).
- Add Split black gram and garlic, saute until it becomes golden brown color.
- Saute the chopped Onions and Curry leaves.
- Add the Potato and fry it for 10 minutes.
- Add Turmeric powder, Chilly powder, Coriander powder, Salt and fry it for another 10 minutes in a low flame.Here is our delicious potato fry all ready to serve.
