Usually Cluster Beans are cooked with vegetable curries or lentil dals. My mom taught me this stir fry. How to make Cluster Bean Stir Fry:

Ingredients:
- Cluster beans 250g
- Oil 5 tsp
- Mustard seed 1 tsp
- Black gram 1 tsp
- Garlic 2 clove
- Onion 1
- Curry leaves
- Fried gram flour 3 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste.
- Wash all the Cluster Beans and cut them into small pieces.
- Chop the onion and set aside.
How to make Cluster Bean Stir Fry:
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seed and black gram.
- Let them splutter. Now add the crushed garlic , fry it until it turns to golden brown.
- Add the chopped Cluster Beans and saute them for a minute and add sufficient water, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt to it.
- Close with the lid and cook it in a low flame for fifteen minutes.
- Once the Cluster Beans have cooked well, add the fried gram powder to it and saute it for a minute.
- Garnish it with the curry leaves.
- Here is your Cluster Beans Stir Fry is ready to serve.
Serve With:
- Cluster Beans Stir Fry is the best side dish for lemon rice,Puliyodarai / Tamarind rice and Tomato rice.
