I am very glad to come back for blogging quiet after a long time. Today I prepared masala vadai. Its simple and easy to prepare. Children love to eat. Lets see the preparation method.

Method:I am very glad to come back for blogging quiet after a long time. Today I prepared masala vadai. Its simple and easy to prepare. Children love to eat. Lets see the preparation method.
Ingredients:
- Bengal gram 250g
- Onion - 2
- Green chillies - 4
- curry leaves and coriander leaves
- Fennel seed 1 tsp
- Oil for deep frying
- salt to taste
- Wash and soak bengal gram for 30 minutes
- Grind the soaked bengal gram in a mixer jar to paste . Not so smooth.
- Add chopped onions, green chillies. curry leaves, fennel seed, coriander leaves and salt.
- Mix them well.
- Make small balls and press them to flatten the surface.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry them in a slow flame till it turns to golden brown.
- Now the crispy evening snack is all ready to serve.
