Bread Toast

Hi friends,
                Bread toast is a simple dish which we can make quickly.Its a healthy food for the growing children. Working moms and the bachelors can prepare it for their breakfast. Children love to eat Bread Toast due to its sweet taste. Lets see how to prepare it .



Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Serves: 4 people

Ingredients:
  • A loaf of bread
  • Eggs 4
  • 1/2 cup of boiled milk
  • Sugar 4 tsp
  • Oil for frying
Preparation:
  • Take the boiled milk in a bowl and add sugar to it.
  • Stir it well till the sugar dissolves in it.
  • Separate the eggs and add to it and beat them well and keep it aside.
Method:
  • Heat the tawa  and reduce the flame to medium level.
  • Now take a slice of bread, dip both the sides into the egg mix and place it on the tawa.
  • Add some oil around the bread.
  • Close the tawa with a lid and cook for three to four minutes. 
  • Once the bread turns to golden brown, flip to the next side and cook that side also in the same manner to golden brown.
  • Fry two to three slices at a time. It depends on the size of the tawa we use.
  • Cook all the slices in the same way.
  • Now the healthy  and sweet Bread Toast is ready to serve with any sauce of your choice.
Note:
  • Do not over cook the bread, as it makes the Bread  Toast hard.
  • Instead of oil, ghee can also be used.
