How to make Masal Vadai / Aama vadai

Hi friends,
I am very glad to come back for blogging quiet after a long  time. Today I prepared masala vadai. Its simple and easy to prepare. Children love to eat. Lets see the preparation method.

Ingredients:
  • Bengal gram 250g
  • Onion - 2
  • Green chillies - 4
  • curry leaves and coriander leaves
  • Fennel seed 1 tsp
  • Oil for deep frying
  • salt to taste
Method:
  • Wash and soak bengal gram for 30 minutes
  • Grind the soaked bengal gram in a mixer jar to paste . Not so smooth.

  • Add chopped onions, green chillies. curry leaves, fennel seed, coriander leaves and salt.

  • Mix them well.
  • Make small balls and press them to flatten the surface.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry them in a slow flame till it turns to golden brown.
  • Now the crispy evening snack is all ready to serve.

Hope you'll try it and enjoy  the taste!
